Terms and Conditions

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required, if one is not provided there will be a 50% cancellation fee of the book service price, a no-show will result in a 100% book service price being charged. If an appointment is canceled three consecutive times as opposed to rescheduling, a nonrefundable deposit of $25 will be required. All service deposits are non refundable.

Wigs and Bundles: 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our product and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale.  We do not offer refunds on any hair extension or wig purchases. We will not allow any exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut or taken out of the bundle from which it was delivered.
